True Love (Poem by Mark Borne)

Author's Note: One of my favorite Christian poems that I wrote while on vacation.

You sent Your only Son,
To die for our sins.
You sent Your only Son,
So we might not perish.
You sent Your only Son,
That we might live forever.
Forget what Disney says,
I know what true love is,
Because You sent Your Son.

  1. I love this! (especially the screw Disney line) This is really beautiful, though. It's wonderful to see people addressing that the romantic type of love isn't all that's out there. :)

(one thing I'm proud of is that in the most frequently read, two are mine)

Yeah. The Jedi Fallen Order Lightsaber Customization post beats you, though xD

Would You Rather...? (#1)

These "Would You Rathers" are small, but they're meant to start debates. Debates, not arguments! Anyways, here's the first one: "In a mystery novel, would you rather have a friend by your side helping you while risking his/her own life... ...or would you rather have your friend safe at home counting on you to solve the mystery and come out safely?"
