Valentine's Day Celebration

-sigh- I have never celebrated Valentine's Day, so I guess this blog event is the first.

Anyways, I am going to reveal four of my writings on Valentine's day; Lucas Stories will be featured at 10:00 in the morning, and it is followed by three poems that will be revealed every two hours afterwards. The schedule, with the names of each, are featured below:

10:00 --> Lucas Stories: First Love (February 2019)

12:00 --> Colors

2:00 --> Almost There

4:00 --> Death Before Happiness

    1. Thanks! :D "Colors" and "Almost There" I wrote without inspiration, and consequently I feel Death Before Happiness is my best work of the poems. I still like the Lucas Stories best, though, especially this one! It may be my favorite LS so far :)

    1. Well, other than that phrase, absolutely nothing about the poem has to do with our conversation XD Glad you're excited, though!

  3. I can't wait, Mark! *Checking Calendar*

    Wait a second, that's a long time from now. Could you please give us 1 today? Please? We're very supportive and deserve so. :)

    Anyway, "Death Before Happiness," sounds intriguing. Will it be a metaphorical death, a reference to suffering and pain? Or like literal death and then going to Heaven?

    1. You'll have to lol

      You are supportive, yes, but Idk, I think this'll make it more special when they're finally revealed :D

      That's a pretty complicated question to answer lol. When I originally spoke with Gabby, about another matter entirely, it referred to literal; I was talking about how if I managed to get lucky and the girl I like liked me back, it would probably still be a very difficult path, we'd probably face death before happiness, and that was literally meaning our only source of happiness would be after we died and ascended into Heaven. In the poem I wrote, it's both literal and figurative. Good question, though :D

  4. This is another year I'll be alone on Valentines Day lol
    However, I got a gift from my father early this year
    It wasn't technically a Valentine's Day gift, but a "birthday gift"
    And tbh it wasn't a gift at all, but I consider it one

Would You Rather...? (#1)

These "Would You Rathers" are small, but they're meant to start debates. Debates, not arguments! Anyways, here's the first one: "In a mystery novel, would you rather have a friend by your side helping you while risking his/her own life... ...or would you rather have your friend safe at home counting on you to solve the mystery and come out safely?"

Q/A With Shaly

This was bound to happen, like so much that the one that is probably next is I don't know... The Poet of Steel or Spitfire or Lady Knight, or just some other crazy. Plus, you guys know the drill. Mark's Addition : So...well...yeah, if anyone else wants to do one, let me know. Apparently, this is the thing to do on my blog right now, though I admit, I have no clue why.

Nexus Mad Libs

I assume most of you are familiar with what Mad Libs are. Basically, you're given a bunch of blanks to fill in, and you do so without knowing what the story is. Each blank has a part of speech labeling it, and that blank needs something that fits the part of speech. For example: Adjective: ________ --> Adjective: Explosive In the end, we usually have a hilarious end result that makes no sense whatsoever. One example is this (which is a real result I got once with my siblings): "Another way to help you fall asleep faster is drinking a nuclear glass of warm vinegar ." First, let's go over some rules. Obviously, keep it family friendly. This still goes for all blog content. Do not submit two words in a row. Submit one, and when someone else does one, you may do another. Submit through comments. That'll make it easier for me to assemble the final result. The category is Medieval Heroes . Here are the blanks: Adjective: Constipated (Kyra) Per
