Houses of Hogwarts: Hufflepuff

The Houses of Hogwarts is a four-poem series I have been working on. Credit to Hogwarts and the four houses (and their attributes) goes solely to the author of the Harry Potter series, J.K.Rowling.

Houses of Hogwarts: Hufflepuff
--------------------------------
She kind and loyal,
Her path never strays.
Make her your friend,
And she'll never leave.
She's a Gryffindor,
When her friends need aid.
She's a Ravenclaw,
When her friends need knowledge.
She's a Slytherin,
When her friends have ambitions.
But deep inside,
Despite the outcomes,
She's your friend,
Simple as that.

    1. Um, Nymphodora Tonks (or however her name is spelled) was in Hufflepuff. I can't recall any others specifically

    2. Uh, Idk. lol She appeared in the later books. She was famous for having pink hair, I think? Or dyed hair? Not sure? I believe she also fell in love with a main character. Idk, you'd have to google her XD
And I'm not talking about Lavender, who fell in love with Ron. Tonks fell in love with one of the adult characters, and that fits, because she was an adult.

      Well
Wait what house was Luna in?

    4. Luna was a Ravenclaw, which is fitting; she was loyal, yes, but her knowledge extended far beyond her years. Or, at least, her wisdom did. Few people believed her, unfortunately lol

    5. Peeps in Pufflehuff: Nymphadora, Cedric, Hannah Abbott, Newt Scamander, Pamona Sprout, the Fat Friar... That's all I remember. I haven't read the books since two summers ago.

    6. NYMPHADORA, YES, I WAS RIGHT! :D
Anyways, I didn't think of including teachers/ghosts, otherwise I'd have nailed Sprout and the Fat Friar, too. I had no idea Scamander was a Hufflepuff, tbh. I thought Cedric went to another school, though? So he'd have different houses? And I have no recollection of Abbott XD

  2. Accurate. Now I need a Slytherin one to see if that's accurate, too.

  3. Wow, that SO good. I've never really understood Hufflepuff (the name scares me away) but this really expands on Hufflepuff's character to the point of me reconsidering my Slytherin sorting. XD

    1. Lol Can you see why I'd be a Hufflepuff, now? I've been telling you for months XD

  4. She asked me son when I grow old, will you buy me a house of gold? And if your father turns to stone, will you take care of me?

Would You Rather...? (#1)

These "Would You Rathers" are small, but they're meant to start debates. Debates, not arguments! Anyways, here's the first one: "In a mystery novel, would you rather have a friend by your side helping you while risking his/her own life... ...or would you rather have your friend safe at home counting on you to solve the mystery and come out safely?"

Nexus Mad Libs

I assume most of you are familiar with what Mad Libs are. Basically, you're given a bunch of blanks to fill in, and you do so without knowing what the story is. Each blank has a part of speech labeling it, and that blank needs something that fits the part of speech. For example: Adjective: ________ --> Adjective: Explosive In the end, we usually have a hilarious end result that makes no sense whatsoever. One example is this (which is a real result I got once with my siblings): "Another way to help you fall asleep faster is drinking a nuclear glass of warm vinegar ." First, let's go over some rules. Obviously, keep it family friendly. This still goes for all blog content. Do not submit two words in a row. Submit one, and when someone else does one, you may do another. Submit through comments. That'll make it easier for me to assemble the final result. The category is Medieval Heroes . Here are the blanks: Adjective: Constipated (Kyra) Per

Q/A With Shaly

This was bound to happen, like so much that the one that is probably next is I don't know... The Poet of Steel or Spitfire or Lady Knight, or just some other crazy. Plus, you guys know the drill. Mark's Addition : So...well...yeah, if anyone else wants to do one, let me know. Apparently, this is the thing to do on my blog right now, though I admit, I have no clue why.
