As of writing this, that's about a week
These "Would You Rathers" are small, but they're meant to start debates. Debates, not arguments! Anyways, here's the first one: "In a mystery novel, would you rather have a friend by your side helping you while risking his/her own life... ...or would you rather have your friend safe at home counting on you to solve the mystery and come out safely?"
I have question. Is that why Lucy's and my own poem have not been posted yet? Are you going to publish it at the end of the month? Or maybe I forgot to submit it. Did you ever get our submission, with the poems, "Blue Evening," and "Of Death?"
ReplyDeleteP.S.
DeleteI want to submit a poem inspired by a painting by Frank Dicksee, if I told you the name of the art work and submitted my poem, would you post the painting along with the poem? :)
P.P.S
DeleteSort of like when you posted your, "I Believe I Can Fly," poem with an image attached with it.
Yeah, it is; I'll publish entries at the end of the month :D
DeleteI did get them :)
Yeah, sure :D
Thanks, Mark. :) The painting is called, "The Daughters of Eve," by Frank Dicksee. The piece shows a little girl trying to reach for an orange and yellow fruit on a branch as the young woman is bringing the branch lower to the little girl.
DeleteI'll submit the poem right now.
I have scheduled it for tomorrow :D
DeleteThere's a contest?
DeleteYeah; part of this post outlines it
